The system uses low-pressure compressed air in a network of fixed and flapper pipes to create noise and movement. These two elements are what make PNEUBIRD so effective. The noise generated shocks the birds, initiating panic and then the movement of the flapper pipe gives the flock the impressions of imminent danger, creating a trigger for the birds to take flight.
